Steve Scott - CSP Coaching

Steve is a professional coach and trainer with CSP Coaching and is an associate coach and trainer with MIND, the National Mental Health Charity. He is a director of Plymouth and District Mind. He has worked for HSBC, foreign and commonwealth office Mars, Pepsico and many other large organisations.

Karen Bussell – Nash & Co Solicitors

Arriving in Devon in 1982 to work as a commercial diver, Karen took up law after a varied career which included management, lecturing and journalism. She joined Nash in February 2002 and has a client base of both employers and employees. She is experienced in dealing with and settling employment disputes, advising on procedures and disciplinary matters as well as drafting agreements, contracts and staff policies.

Nicki Parker-Jones - Aspire

I have 18+ years’ experience as a Trainer and Coach, in HR and L & D environments, for a range of industries including FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Charities/Third Sector.

I am a qualified Trainer, NVQ Assessor and NLP Practitioner. I am also an experienced Coach and havecompleted a Level 4 Diploma with Distinction in this. I love helping people to achieve their potential and to be happy in career and life. I design soft skills training courses and coaching for businesses who wish to improve productivity and for personal development solutions.

I have been self-employed running Aspire for nearly 4 years and I love the variety and freedom to train and develop bespoke courses and coaching that comes with this.

Liza Booth - Coaching Booth

Liza has the ability to develop people professionally and personally at many levels using innovative methods. Her desire to see changes in people and business is boundless. She is an exceptional trainer who has worked with a wide range of teams and individuals throughout the UK.   She brings with her 20 years experience in training and education from the public, private and voluntary sectors, which has given her a good understanding of different training markets and their needs.

Sarah Gilbertson, Founder and Managing Director of Result Coach Ltd. has many years’ experience within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Sarah has been passionate about fantastic customer service for a long time and it was this drive and attention to detail that saw her become the youngest Hotel General Manager that MasterSun had ever employed. Steve Scott

Steve is an experienced personal and management coach, trainer and Master NLP Practitioner. Steve has 39 years background in senior management and coaching and uses this to facilitate growth and development with clients. He has particular experience in coaching for mental wellbeing and help many organisations to develop proactive approaches to the management of mental health in the workplace. In addition, Steve coaches many employees with stress and mental ill health to recover and either remain in or return to work.

Steve has worked with companies including; HSBC, Citibank, Fujitsu, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Justice, Baker McKenzie, Oracle and many more.

Steve is also a Chamber Director, Chairman of Plymouth & District Mind and Chairman of the Plymouth Procurement Forum.

Liza Booth

Liza is an experienced, inspirational and motivational coach and mentor who is passionate about using coaching as a tool to unlock and empower great performance in individuals and teams. She is a practitioner who believes that coaching should be easily transferable to the workplace and wider community and is committed to providing ongoing support to clients to ensure that this is truly the case.

She brings over 15 years of knowledge and experience to the Chamber having coached in the public, private and voluntary sectors. She works with both private individuals and companies. She recently added a Neuro Linguistic Programming qualification to her ‘toolbox’. This enables her to offer clients’ alternative coaching models and techniques to enhance their experience.
